MMA Seminar Registration

Please fill out the form with the flyer to register for an MMA seminar that GT Fighting Academy will be hosting on August 19th, 2023 from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our gym.

*If you are interested in participating, the form must be filled out completely with payment for the $25.00 fee received to be able to participate. Day-of-seminar sign-up will be available with a $30.00 cash fee required to participate.*
